  7. “Selection” refers to activities conducted based on predetermined aspects to ensure that the employee recruitment process provides talents that meet the company’s requirements and criteria..

We acknowledge that User information is confidential and personal; therefore, we are committed to protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of User data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By using this site, the User is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy and grants consent for Idlink to obtain, collect, process, analyze, display, transmit, disclose, store, modify, delete, manage, and/or use such data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

        1. In addition to the Personal Data mentioned in Section 1b, we may request additional Personal Data in the future, as needed, with the User’s consent. 2. By providing Personal Data as described in Section 1a when using our services, the User agrees to the use of such data by Idlink for service implementation. 3. The Personal Data provided must be accurate. If the User provides false, unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete statements, information, or Personal Data, the User is fully responsible for the provided data and releases Idlink from any consequences arising from it.

Processing and Analysis of Personal Data

User data will be used limited for the purposes of providing our services in accordance with point 1 (one).

Storage of Personal Data

  1. User Personal Data stored has gone through a verification process and is encrypted while the service is operating.
  2. If our service is no longer operational, we have the right to store and use User Personal Data for a maximum of 5 (five) years.
  3. We use databases with third party infrastructure & servers, cloud, or similar that are trusted and in accordance with industry standards, and use legal software.
