7. “Selection” refers to activities conducted based on predetermined aspects to ensure that the employee recruitment process provides talents that meet the company’s requirements and criteria..

We acknowledge that User information is confidential and personal; therefore, we are committed to protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of User data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By using this site, the User is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy and grants consent for Idlink to obtain, collect, process, analyze, display, transmit, disclose, store, modify, delete, manage, and/or use such data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

• • 1. Collection and Acquisition of Personal Data 1. The Personal Data that may be collected includes but is not limited to:

1. Personal Data provided directly by the User, including identity data such as full name, username, password, identity card (KTP), user identification card or other identifiers, date of birth, place of birth, address, email, and phone number.
2. Personal Data provided legally by other parties, including data obtained from companies that assign the User to participate in Assessment, Development, or Selection activities, as well as data from the results of such activities.
3. Personal Data from the User’s device activities, including device IP address, date and time of access, application features or pages viewed, application workflow and system usage activities, and browser type used.

4. Identifying and registering the User as a User, deactivating, or managing the User’s account on our Site;
5. Facilitating or enabling any verification that we deem necessary for the provision of services or before registering the User as a User, including conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) processes;
6. Enabling us to provide services, whether existing services, services requested by the User, or future services;
7. Communicating with the User and sending data or information related to the use of the Site;
8. Informing the User of any updates to the Site or changes to the services provided;
9. Processing, resolving, and responding to complaints, issues, questions, and suggestions received from the User;
10. Facilitating, processing, and completing the User’s Assessment, Development, or Selection evaluations;
11. Enabling us to conduct research and studies while maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s Personal Data.
    • • 1. In addition to the Personal Data mentioned in Section 1b, we may request additional Personal Data in the future, as needed, with the User’s consent. 2. By providing Personal Data as described in Section 1a when using our services, the User agrees to the use of such data by Idlink for service implementation. 3. The Personal Data provided must be accurate. If the User provides false, unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete statements, information, or Personal Data, the User is fully responsible for the provided data and releases Idlink from any consequences arising from it.

Processing and Analysis of Personal Data

User data will be used limited for the purposes of providing our services in accordance with point 1 (one).

Storage of Personal Data

1. User Personal Data stored has gone through a verification process and is encrypted while the service is operating.
2. If our service is no longer operational, we have the right to store and use User Personal Data for a maximum of 5 (five) years.
3. We use databases with third party infrastructure & servers, cloud, or similar that are trusted and in accordance with industry standards, and use legal software.
